It all started with her- Ann Black, known to me as "Granny Annie." She sculpted with metal, painted with passion and defied expectations in heels, daring me to follow what sparks my own creativity.  

The day I received a set of black skeleton keys from her was the day Black Key Studio was born.  Inspired by a line of women who dared to shape their own paths, and by my grandfather, the honorable Judge, Ronald "Blackie" Black, our studio is a testament to bravery, legacy and the endless possibilities of art- inspiring every piece we create into a key that unlocks your own adventure.
